We have been engaged in producing motorcycle CNC aluminum spare parts, telecommunication equipment fittings and other precision components for 10 years. Our motorcycle spare parts include a variety of products, like sprockets, brake levers, kick starters, muffles, foot pedals, shifters and triple clamps. All the parts are widely mounted on sports bikes, racing bikes, dirt bikes, cross country bikes and street bikes.We are equipped with 17 sets of CNC machining centers, 3 sets of CNC lathe centers and other conventional machinery. We are using FANUC and MITSUBISH operation systems for our CNC machines, and tolerance of our parts can reach +/-0.01mm. In addition, our inspection department has some advanced equipment, like CMM, projectors, hardness testers, height gauges and others. We are keeping an eye on the part quality during the production to make sure each delivered part will achieve customers' expectations and also focus on cost reduction to make sure we can save the expense for our clients.We are an ISO9001:2008 certified company and got ISO9001:2008 certificate in 2006.
